Clue to flysaa.com

Having just opined that I'd try stick to 1time (and made the mistake of trying to book for the weekend after the Argus), the full-booked flights from 1time have forced me to use FlySAA, South African Airways' online store.

Firstly, I must say that the level of additional complexity on FlySAA (none of which I needed) being developed such that it works in FireFox impresses me (since South African companies are generally clueless about anything other than IE and I just have low expectations now). The one feature I did use was the seat booking. Very useful. Not worth the extra few hundred rands per flight that it is more than 1time, though...

But FlySAA, please realise that '-' is a valid character in people's names. Especially surnames of British origin (like, say, Blakey-Milner). And similarly, that I am quite sure that I have a '-' character in my name on my credit card! But somehow it seems removing it hasn't caused the transaction to fail, so they don't have a rabid me needing to tear into someone...

FlySAA has raised my ire again, when I got told my flight didn't exist at 5:20am in the morning. And a comedy-nightmare of errors thereafter.
